With so much interest and advertising about "GREEN" products these days, its wise to do your research first before buying. Consumer Reports Money Adviser had a great tip in their September issue. "Before you pay more for "green" products read the package claims first and research them online."
Check to see if the manufacturer of the product has a website so you can research the company to see what they are all about. If you don't think the website is up to par....buyer beware. A website with great information and statistics can really form your first impression about a manufacturer or a product.
